We are the data controller for the information described below.

2. Information you give us

We only ask for what we need in order to respond to you and to deliver work:

• Your name, company name, email address and phone number when you submit the contact form or email us directly.
• The content of your enquiry — what you are trying to achieve, the service you are interested in, and any budget range you choose to share.
• If you apply for a role, your CV, portfolio and anything else you send with your application.
• Information exchanged during a project, including materials, brand assets and approvals you provide.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This is used to understand how the site is performing, not to identify you personally.

Where we run analytics or advertising measurement, those providers may set cookies in your browser. See section 6.

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation.
• Deliver the services you engage us for, and communicate with you about them.
• Assess job applications and contact candidates.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We do share it, only as far as necessary, with:

• Advertising and media platforms, where you have engaged us to run campaigns and the data relates to that work.
• Suppliers and partners involved in delivering your project, such as printers, production crews and event vendors.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require. Job applications are kept on file so we can contact you when a suitable role opens; ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop sending you marketing — every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Links to other sites

Our site and our campaigns may link to services we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
